Each Custom Website is hand-designed for one property specifically. Our designers build it from your photos and copy, deploy it on your custom domain, and have it live in about a week. The setup fee is one-time, not recurring, and you keep the design files if you ever cancel. Have three properties you want sites for? Our AI designer drafts three meaningfully different design options based on your photos, vibe, and target audience; our human reviewer polishes each one; then you pick the final design. The fee is one-time per property, not recurring. If you have multiple properties you want sites for, each gets its own $499 setup — they're independent projects.
Do I need to know HTML or CSS?
No. You give us photos, your story, and a few details about the property. We do the rest.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes — every Custom Website includes custom domain support. If you don't have one, we can help you pick and register one during setup.
What if I have multiple properties?
Each property that you want a website for is its own Custom Website — its own domain, its own design, its own $499 setup, its own $20/mo. Booking Management is per HOST and covers all your properties' bookings under a single $35/mo subscription.
Does Booking Management work alongside Airbnb and VRBO?
Yes. Booking Management includes calendar sync — your direct bookings never collide with your other listings because the system sees both calendars. You keep everything you already have, plus a direct channel that doesn't pay platform fees.
What if I just want the website?
Custom Website on its own is fine — $499 setup + $20/mo for a bespoke site. The site will display the property and show your email and phone as the way for guests to contact you. No booking engine, no admin dashboard. Add Booking Management any time if you decide you want the full direct-booking flow.
What if I just want the booking software, no website from you?
Booking Management is for hosts who already have a website (or just send guests a link). $35/mo flat, no setup fee. Manages bookings across all your properties — Airbnb + VRBO sync, AI pre-arrival reminders, cleaner SMS automation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your subscription ends at the close of your billing period. If you cancel a Custom Website you keep the design files; the live site goes offline at the end of the period.
How does the AI actually help?
Before each booking starts, the AI analyzes the booking, the property, and your past patterns to send you a reminder with a checklist — lock code, check-in instructions, cleaner notification. It also flags anything weird (unusual price, unusual length) so you catch problems before they become problems. Bundled into Booking Management at no extra cost.
